Contact and Records Routes

This private reference site is not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, retrieve an official record, or decide whether a photograph is releasable. Contact the responsible public office directly for those matters.

Official Coke County Contacts

The Coke County Sheriff’s Office is the documented arresting-agency and written-records route. It does not publish a current public roster, so a missing booking record or photo should be requested from the sheriff rather than assumed unavailable.

Attn: Open Records
13 E 7th Street
Robert Lee, TX 76945
Phone: 325-453-2717
Email: sheriff@co.coke.tx.us

Robert Lee, TX 76945
Phone: 325-453-2631
Email: carolla.orcutt@co.coke.tx.us

The clerk is the court-side contact for filed case material and later status. Published hours are generally Monday through Thursday, 8–5 with Thursday lunch from 12–1, and Friday, 8–1. Confirm availability and fees before visiting.

Choose the Right Record Path

Custody, booking, court, state, and federal records are held by different systems. Starting with the matching custodian avoids treating a roster card as a court result.

  • For a recent Coke County booking or a photo request, use the county record and custody path and the sheriff’s written request form.
  • For current or recently released destination-jail custody, use Tom Green’s official current and released roster views.
  • For a possible warrant or a wanted-status question, use the contact process described on Most Wanted.
  • For a filed case, court calendar, or disposition, contact the Coke County Clerk and verify through the court record.
  • For a person in Texas state custody, begin with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice inmate-information page.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP locator or ICE detainee locator.
